Previously operating as Canvas Developments, the company established a strong reputation for quality homebuilding and community development throughout the GTA between 2006 and 2026.

Prior to that, Century Grove Homes operated from 1993 to 2013, contributing to a longstanding legacy in residential construction and neighborhood development.

Today, Vitullo Development Group carries this experience forward through a modern, integrated approach to real estate development—leveraging a significant portfolio of land holdings, development opportunities, and residential sites primarily located within Vaughan and surrounding York Region communities.
